Loss control software built by domain experts.
Too many organizations manage their loss control data in a mix of pdf and word documents, spreadsheets, and email threads. RiskTools.AI automates the manual headaches of tracking files and versions. Site staff, Risk Managers, brokers, engineers, and underwriters can work together on a single source of truth. Free your people from busywork and let them focus on real risks.
Guided by decades of experience
Nick Gobin began his career in risk engineering at FM Global in 2009. Since then, he has worked for insurance carriers and large international brokers, both as a field engineer and as an account engineer managing risk-engineering service delivery for multinational clients across five continents.
Regardless of the client or role, Nick repeatedly saw the same pain points: clients struggled to access current information, information flow was throttled by manual email exchanges, and data was siloed across documents, spreadsheets, and systems. Clients and insurers face constant time pressure on their talented people, and spending their time managing Word documents and manually reconciling versions is insane.
Nick started RiskTools.AI in 2022 to address these issues and help clients and insurers focus on the real work of risk management.

Built to handle the complexity of real insurance programs.
Modern insurance programs often feature multiple subscribing insurers. Clients have operations in multiple countries with different local languages. Depending on a single carrier's platform leaves other subscribers in the dark and forces change to front line staff when the insurance program shifts. RiskTools.AI provides a single platform for loss control data that is independent of any one insurer or risk engineering provider. It is built with the needs of every user in mind, from site staff to risk managers, engineers, brokers, and underwriters.
Fire Protection Impairment Tracking
Report, track, escalate, and close impairments while notifying exactly the right people: site staff, corporate risk managers, broker engineers, and insurers. Your impairment records are always available and portable across any insurer.
See moreRisk Reports and Recommendations
A central repository for every loss-prevention report and recommendation in one place. Assign an owner for each recommendation who can provide status updates and evidence of completion. Go into each renewal knowing exactly where you stand, with a full history of the work done by your company to manage risk.

You company is sophisticated, and your insurance program is too. Manage operations in different geographies and different languages. Build reporting structures and give users access to just one site, a business unit, or your entire portfolio. Release data to your subscribing insurers when you're ready, and keep visibility on exactly what has been shared. Data controls can easily change with your insurer panel at renewal, with no change to work flows for front line staff.
Our platform is built from the ground up with enterprise grade security and world class customer support.
