Loss control software built by people who know the work.
RiskTools was created to give organizations a better way to manage property risk data: independent from any single carrier, practical for operations teams, and clear enough for brokers, underwriters, executives, and site leaders to use together.

Built around the realities of modern insurance programs.
RiskTools is meant to reduce friction between the people who identify risk, the people who own it, and the people who need confidence that it is being managed.
Customer-owned risk data
Impairments, recommendations, values, and underwriting records should stay with the organization that depends on them.
Operationally useful workflows
Risk data only matters when it helps field teams, brokers, underwriters, and executives take the next right action.
Built for complex programs
RiskTools is designed for organizations that coordinate across sites, insurers, brokers, consultants, and internal stakeholders.

Seven tools that unbundle the risk-engineering stack.
Each module takes a piece of the property risk lifecycle that used to live with the carrier or consultant and puts it under your control.
Fire Protection Impairment Tracking
Report, track, escalate, and close impairments while notifying exactly the right people: site staff, management, brokers, and insurers. Your complete impairment history stays owned by you and portable across any carrier.
Recommendation Tracking
Every loss-prevention recommendation from any engineer or carrier in one place, including status, owner, due date, cost/benefit, and proof of completion.
Loss Estimates (MFL / PML)
Maintain Maximum Foreseeable Loss and Probable Maximum Loss figures per location as your own living record, not a number buried in a carrier report.
Values Trending & Benchmarking
Track building, equipment, and business-interruption values over time and benchmark them across your portfolio before renewal pressure hits.
Underwriting Reports
Produce clean, standardized underwriting and COPE reports you control, then release them to markets on your terms, in your format, with your narrative.
Property & Equipment Benchmarking
Benchmark property and equipment data across every site and prioritize risk-improvement spend with portfolio-wide analytics.
Complex Insurance Subscription Management
Manage layered and subscription placements across multiple insurers, brokers, and shares with precise control over who sees what.
Better data flow means better risk decisions.
RiskTools helps teams move from static reports to shared accountability. Everyone can see what is open, what is resolved, what needs attention, and what information is ready to share with the market.
